Privacy policy

This site collects strictly what is needed to handle contact enquiries. No advertising network, no resale of data, no third-party tracker, no profiling.

Data controller

The data controller is ORDATEL, 14 rue Rougemont, 75009 Paris, registered under SIREN number 351 994 090. Any request concerning your data may be sent through the contact form or by post to that address, for the attention of the management.

Data collected

The only data collected is what you enter voluntarily in the contact form: full name, company, email address, telephone number, subject and message. The sender's IP address is recorded with the message, for the sole purpose of limiting automated submissions. No other data is collected without your knowledge, and no hidden field gathers information about your browsing.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to establish the commercial relationship that follows from it. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, together with ORDATEL's legitimate interest in responding to approaches made to it. No automated decision-making and no profiling is applied to this data.

Retention period

Messages are kept for three years from the last contact, in line with the CNIL's recommendation on commercial prospecting. After that they are deleted. Data that becomes necessary for the performance of a contract follows the retention period specific to that contract and to the applicable accounting obligations.

Recipients

The only recipients are the ORDATEL staff responsible for handling your enquiry. Your data is neither sold, rented nor transferred to third parties, and is not exchanged for any commercial purpose.

Hosting and transfers

The site and its database are hosted in the European Union, in Ireland, on Heroku infrastructure, a service operated by Salesforce, Inc. As that company is established in the United States, access from a third country cannot be entirely ruled out. Any such transfer is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and by the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookie, no third-party tracker and no analytics tool. Only a session cookie strictly necessary for the contact form to work is used; it is exempt from consent under article 82 of the French Data Protection Act. Fonts are hosted on our own server: no request is made to a third-party service during your visit, and your IP address is passed to no one.

Security

Exchanges with the site are encrypted using TLS. Access to the messages received is restricted to authorised staff. Information security is also the subject of a formalised programme at company level.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning you, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise those rights, write to us through the contact form or by post to the registered office. You will receive an answer within one month.

Complaints

If, having contacted us, you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority: Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07. This English text is a translation provided for convenience: in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
